Traveller Type: family with young children
: Clean! Sea! Pool! Garden! Staff! Quiet!
: Need to pay for wifi in rooms. Not authentic as Sinai style.. a bit fancier, so as location, a little isolated.

: The bungalow we stayed in was comfortable for 4 people. The food was decent for Sinai! We were pleasantly surprised. The sandy beach is lovely as are the views.
: It is huge! You have to walk a fair amount to get from place to place in the resort. There is a second pool which is empty in the middle of the bungalow area...that’s ugly. The resort has a least one or two completely empty buildings which gives the place an odd feel. There is no reef along the beach of the hotel. Careful with hiring a boat to go snorkeling. They will try to rip you off.

: The quite before the storm, and the coffee place wite the pizza. Kind and pleasant service, and the breakfast too.B
: The face that We didn't know about the festival and the noise of the music mostly at the last two nights we couldn't sleep well. If we had known before, something you should have announced we would have booked elsewhere.

: The rooms are spacious and comfartable. After the 1st day it was pretty clean. Breakfast is good, the pool is great, the beach is magnificent. The staff is very nice & helpful.
: The rooms were dirty when we arrived & we had to ask them to clean, which they did. After we arrived we found out there was going to be a trans (!!!) Festival. Because it was a holyday time & we were 7 people, we didnt have a choice but to stay.. i couldnt sleep during the 1st night of the festival and we left a day before because of the noise. No one bothered to update us about it although we made the reservation 4 months in advance. Also, they didnt want to compensate us..

: Ashraf was nice Beach was great Pool was clean Bed was comfortable Cleaning staff were prompt and attentive to details.
: Staff were rude and constantly tried to overcharge us for both drinks and food, refused to show us a clear drinks menu, stating the one being hidden under the bar, but consulted by the barmen was "4 years old and not relevant" When the barman was confronted by myself and my partner for this obvious attempt to overcharge us, when we ordered the same drink from the previous bartender 5 minutes prior, he proceeded to shake his hand in my partners face and tell calling us liars. My partner has Caeliac disease and when the staff ordered her the wrong food after being informed of this allergy, they proceeded to try and charge us for their mistake. There were no other guests at the hotel bar another family, this meaning that the other food establishment and the spa were closed, leaving you no choice but to pay for dinner at the hotel - food was sub par. The breakfast was measly and not tasty at all. The machine coffee was tasteless and gave you a stomach ache. When we tried to entertain ourselves, the snooker table and cues were broken, the table tennis paddles were wooden with no plastic, safe to say making playing almost impossible. Other facilities were ok.
